  Please note that although your benefits have been deferred, in the event of your death, a death grant may be payable. To make a nomination or update your nominated beneficiary please complete the form and return it to Lancashire Pensions Services.

  If you were a member on or after 1 April 2008 you may nominate a cohabiting partner to receive a partner’s pension in the event of your death.
