2008 Annual Benefit Statements
When will I receive this year's benefit statement?
If you are employed by Lancashire County Council your statement will have
been sent out from mid to late October 2008.
If you are employed by an employer other than Lancashire County Council then
your statement will have been sent out from early to mid October 2008.
If you have a contract of employment but no fixed hours or a fee paid
contract then your statement will be sent out to you later in the year.
I joined the scheme after 30 September 2008, when will I receive my statement?
If you joined the scheme after 30 September 2008 then you will not receive a statement this
year. You will receive your first statement at a similar time of the year, in
2009.
About your statement:
- Statements are issued to those who were members of the Local Government
Pension Scheme as at 30 September 2008.
- Statements are sent either to your last known address or via your
employer for internal distribution.
- All statements will include a
benefit statement guidance
notes booklet and a quick
guide to your benefit statement sheet. These will hopefully help to answer
any questions you may have.
